Associate Attorney, Business Law

Brian Boyle Esq | Company Counsel

Brian T. Boyle is a business attorney at Company Counsel, where he provides strategic legal guidance to entrepreneurs, startups, and small businesses across a wide range of corporate matters. A member of the New Jersey State Bar, Brian is known for his thoughtful approach to problem-solving, strong drafting skills, and commitment to helping clients build and protect their businesses.

At Company Counsel, Brian advises clients on business formations, corporate governance, contract negotiation, and regulatory compliance. He plays a key role in drafting and reviewing operating agreements, bylaws, and commercial contracts, and supports clients through mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings. Brian is also actively involved in business development, networking regularly to grow his practice and expand the firm’s reach in the small business community.

Brian’s relationship with Company Counsel began during law school, when he interned with the firm and quickly demonstrated his aptitude for business law. His early work included analyzing franchise agreements, facilitating deed transfers, and filing corporate documents with federal agencies. Today, he continues to build on that foundation, offering clients practical, proactive legal solutions tailored to their goals.

Prior to joining Company Counsel full-time, Brian clerked for the Honorable James H. Pickering in the New Jersey Superior Court, where he drafted judicial decisions and mediated disputes in civil and landlord-tenant matters. He also interned with the Honorable Robin J. Stacy in the Family Division and volunteered with Drexel’s Estate Planning Clinic, helping clients prepare wills and healthcare directives.

Brian earned his J.D. from Drexel University’s Thomas R. Kline School of Law and holds a B.A. in History from The College of New Jersey, with minors in Political Science and Classical Studies. He is an Eagle Scout, musician, and avid collector of records and retro video games. Outside of work, he enjoys soccer, ultimate frisbee, cooking, and testing his trivia skills on Jeopardy.
